Before booking an appointment online, please visit our Covid-19 page to read our current protocols and visit the bottom of this page for our salon policies. If you are a new color client, we offer a virtual consultation to make your time in the salon efficient and seamless. Before each appointment, we will send a link to your SmartCard. Before receiving services, the card must be signed attesting that you do not have Covid-19 and that you understand our policies and protocols at this time.
LATE CANCELLATION: If you need to reschedule/cancel, please give us a 24 hr notice so we may offer another guest the availability. Late cancels (less than 24 hrs) will require a 50% deposit for next booking.
NO SHOW: When a guest does not come in for a scheduled appointment, it literally deprives the stylist of income for that day. Please call us to let us know if you need to cancel, to allow us an opportunity to offer another guest that time slot. If you no show, a 50% charge for the missed appointment will be added to your next service bill.
CONFIRMATIONS: In support of our other guests, and your stylist’s time, please confirm your appointments when we send the confirmation text. A simple click or yes response will do it! Your appointment is subject to cancellation if we cannot confirm.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENT: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 10 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. We do not refund on services rendered.
RETAIL RETURN: Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.
