  • If you are a new color client, we offer a Personalized Consultation to make your time in the salon efficient and seamless. Before your appointment, we will reach out to confirm details and make sure you are booked accurately.  (If the form is not your thing, you can text us with 1) Pictures of your hair currently and any inspiration pictures, and 2) Any details of your hair journey the last two years, especially any non-professional services. Let us help you with the right service and timing for your hair goals.
  • New Color Clients or Return Clients changing their previous service: If we cannot reach you within 48 hours from your online booking to get appointment details for appointment accuracy, your appointment is subject to cancellation for non-response.
  • We do require a card on file for all services. New clients will be asked to secure their reservation with a 25% deposit. Some appointments over $350 or over 4 hours, may require a 50% deposit in order to hold your reservation. Your deposit goes towards your services and is refundable if you cancel before the 48 hour grace period. See our cancellation policy. The more advance notice of your need to cancel/reschedule is greatly appreciated.
  • Please click to confirm when we send the text confirmation. If we cannot confirm your appointment, it will be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please refer to the bottom of the page for all salon policies.5New color clients:

Salon Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. Less than 48-hr notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service and forfeiture of any deposit. No Shows or Day Of cancels/reschedules will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

How to: Outside of the 48-hr window, it’s easy to cancel or reschedule on our app or through our online portal. After the 48-hr window, give us a call at 404-856-0533, to speak to our desk manager during business hours, before the day of your appointment. Please note, texts and voicemails outside of business hours will not be registered as cancelled.

 

NEW COLOR CLIENTS:

If you book online, we will need to discuss your appointment in order to hold your reservation. Making sure you are booked correctly and with appropriate time for your service is important. We will call and text you for more information, or you can fill out our new client form. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours of your booking, your appointment will be cancelled. You can always reach out to rebook for the next available time.

 

LATE ARRIVALS:

Please allow extra time for traffic and parking to arrive at your scheduled time. Each appointment is scheduled according to your specific needs. If you arrive late, we may not have time to complete your service 100% and we will have to reschedule you to another date/time that will accommodate the entire service process.

 

 

CONFIRMATIONS:

Your appointment is subject to cancellation if we cannot confirm. In support of our other guests, and your stylist’s time, please confirm your appointments when we send the confirmation text. A simple click or yes response will do it!

 

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT:

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 2 weeks of your visit and we will be happy to offer an adjustment with no additional charge. Any additional services rendered apart from the adjustment of your original service(s) will be charged at their regular price(s). Payment for additional services is due at the time of your adjustment. Because beauty is in the eye of the beholder and hairdressing is an art form (and not the sale of a physical product), a certain degree of opinion and subjectivity is always involved in the process. As a result, aside from our willingness to perform an adjustment within a two week window, no monetary refunds will be issued for services rendered. No exceptions.

 

RETAIL RETURN:

Unsatisfied with a retail purchase? We accept retail exchanges at full credit within 90 days from the initial purchase.
